Mission Statement

Over the years Paul has had the opportunity to speak with many strata owners and council members and find that the complaints about most strata management companies is consistent - council members simply want a management team that:

• Respects the fact that council members are volunteers and have a life outside of their strata duties
• Returns phone calls and emails promptly
• Performs the specific duties that assists the council in the day-to-day operations and won't leave the few council members to do it all
• Reports to council in a timely manner all information council requires to make informed decisions
• Advises council on items that ensures the strata is working within the legal boundaries of the Strata Property Act
• Will conduct business with integrity to ensure all strata members are protected and represented fairly and honestly

Although Paul's license is brokered through Pemberton Holmes, he has his own strata department which assures council with continuity as there will not be a new manager assigned from time to time.  You will only deal with him.  

As an active Realtor and Strata Manager for 35 years Paul has considerable insight from both perspectives of how important the overall look and feel is for any strata complex. Your strata is not just your home, it's an investment.  The day to day maintenance, bylaws and financial stability of your strata corporation can affect its marketability.  Paul works diligently with all council members and owners to make sure their strata is running at its full potential.
